The track rollers glide effortlessly along the track plane, and thick pulleys are used, ensuring that the track will not fall off even if heavy curtains are hung. The plastic curtain track is strong and durable, designed to be flexible but strong enough to not crack or break. The material is PVC and steel, with a track dimension of 3/8" in width and 1" in height.

To install, drill holes with a 1/4 inch drill bit, spaced 12-16" apart, and mount the brackets with anchor and screws, making sure they are going in the same direction. Relax and roll the track up opposite to straighten it, then measure the length and cut to size with a fine-tooth hacksaw. Install the smooth and heavy-duty track rollers into the track and snap the end caps, then hook the 304 stainless steel hooks into the rollers. Finally, snap the track into the brackets one by one and hang your curtain on the roller hooks.

The curtain track can be easily bent into various shapes, such as trapezoid, bow, L-shape, and curved, making it suitable for window treatment systems, room or office divider systems, shower curtain systems, and for RVs, truck trailers, and motorhomes privacy systems. The accessories, including drywall plastic anchors, double spring structure brackets, thicker rollers, good-looking white screws, and customized 304 stainless steel hooks, are meticulously selected for high quality.

The track can be easily cut to custom length with a fine-tooth hacksaw, and it can be mounted on the ceiling or wall with snap-on brackets. The maximum weight capacity is 33 lbs. It is not recommended to connect the tracks, as the rollers may not roll smoothly at the joint. The maximum length of the black track is 20ft, and the white track is 30ft. However, two tracks can be installed continuously, and it would look fine, but the rollers will not travel from one track to the next.
