How to straighten the track? There are three ways to straighten or shape the curtain track to your desired form. The first is using a hairdryer, the second is soaking it in hot water for an hour, and the third is placing something heavy on it for 24-48 hours before shaping. We suggest a quick search on YouTube or reviewing the User Guide (PDF) for a more detailed explanation.

What's in the package? The package includes the curtain track, rollers, ceiling mount brackets/wall mount brackets, screws, anchors, end stops, and hooks.

Is it tricky to install? Yes, it can be a bit tricky, so please be patient and take your time.

Can I cut or combine the track? Yes, you can cut the track easily. Combining multiple tracks can also be done, but you'll need a good saw to ensure a proper connection.

What are the dimensions? The track dimensions are: width 11mm, height 24mm. The ceiling brackets are: width 20mm, length 40mm, height 7mm. The rollers are: width 18mm, height 30mm. The distance from the bottom of the roller ring to the top of the rail track is 43mm/1.69 inches, and the distance from the bottom of the roller ring to the bottom of the rail track is 22mm/0.86 inches.

What's the weight limit? The weight limit is 6 lbs per meter.

Can I use adhesive tape instead of brackets? For lightweight sheer curtains, adhesive tape may work, but we don't recommend it, as the adhesive may fail over time.

Can the track be used on a drop ceiling? Not really, as the brackets need to be installed into something solid. If you insist, you may need other types of anchor sets, but we don't recommend this approach.

Can the track be installed on a boat or RV? Definitely! Some of our customers have successfully installed the track in these applications.

What's the gap between the curtain and the ceiling? The track is flush with the ceiling, and the curtain hangs off the track, leaving a small gap between the curtain and the rolling carriers.

What's the suggested bracket distance? We suggest using 3 brackets per meter, spaced 12-15 inches apart. For corners, the brackets should be placed closer together than on straight sections.

Is it a two-person job? Yes, we recommend having two people work together to install the curtain track, as some tasks may be easier with an extra set of hands. If working alone, remember to stay safe and be patient.

Is the track curved when received? Yes, to make it easier to pack, the track is rolled into a curved shape. You'll need to unroll it and shape it to your desired form. This is the reason it's called a "flexible" ceiling curtain track.
